Simpson was abusive to Nicole Brown throughout their marriage. In fact, she called the police on her husband a handful of times over the years.
One of those times came in 1989, when Nicole reported Simpson quickly got out of control. According to the report, he didn’t want Nicole “sleeping in my bed anymore,” and he already had “two women’” Although he was arrested once, the charges were dropped against O.J. when Nicole’s parents allegedly encouraged her to work on their marriage.
