It’s said that Nicole Brown’s parents were inspired by O.J. helping her dad invest in a Hertz dealership, which had substantial financial benefits to the family. She filed for a divorce in February of that year, citing irreconcilable differences, with the abuse being just the tip of the iceberg. Nicole also opened up about O.J.’s year-long affair with actress and model Tawny Kitaen throughout their marriage, which only ended when she got married. It didn’t take long for the couple to finalize their divorce.
